In honor of National APEX Day, please join an “A List” panel of experts to gain invaluable insights on pursuing State of Arkansas contracts and innovation endeavors. In an all-virtual program, Arkansas APEX welcomes Ms. Brandi Schoeder, Procurement Manager with the Arkansas State Office of Procurement and Ms. Esperanza Massana-Crain, Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) Director of Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development, as they share their respective agency priorities and updates, access to helpful resources and business best practices.
